Event Wrap Up | Celebrating German Reunification

On November 6th, the second portion of House of Paint's partnership with the Federal Republic of Germany went down at the Diefenbunker museum in Carp, Ontario. The following are a few photos from the exhibit opening, which will be on display at the museum until March 2015. We'll also post a link to the CTV Morning Live segment where Striker and myself painted a couple replicas of the Berlin wall. The past year has been a great experience, working with the embassy staff was a refreshing reminder that not all government bodies think of graffiti as a constant thorn in their side. They weren't only welcoming to the aesthetic, but understand graffiti had been a tool for positive change during a pivotal moment in history. Thanks to Poet, Arunski, Strike, Zek, the Embassy staff, House of Paint, The Diefenbunker Museum, CHIN radio and event sponsors for participating in a unique project that was well received by all that attended.
